Sasha Daly, Teenage Cancer Trust
Sasha Daly joined Teenage Cancer Trust in 2011 as their first Head of Policy. She led on the organisation’s response to the Health and Social Care Act 2012 – the most extensive set of reforms the NHS has seen to date. Sasha’s role covers UK wide policy; meaning working with the different governments and policy contexts in all four countries of the UK.
Before Teenage Cancer Trust, Sasha managed a policy skills development project at National Council for Voluntary Organisations (NCVO) to build skills across the voluntary sector. Sasha has many years experience of working in policy in charities having also led the policy team at Ambitious About Autism and freelanced in a range to charities including Asthma UK, Arthritis Care and the Refugee Council.
